GIG Holding at the Kazakhstan–Georgia Business Forum

As the country’s leading multi-industry holding with a widely diversified international portfolio, we are actively developing business relations and sharing our extensive experience across various countries in our region.

With the aim of exploring new strategic projects and expanding business potential, GIG Holding's founder, Davit Bezhuashvili, participated in the Kazakhstan–Georgia Business Forum held in the city of Atyrau on June 4–5.

The GIG team, which has been successfully operating in the Kazakh market for years, sees even greater potential in the Caspian region, both in terms of the development of economic zones and as a transitional transportation hub connecting to Europe.

Alongside us, due to the attractiveness of the Caspian region’s resources, numerous Georgian companies are also considering strengthening cooperation with this neighboring country. This was the primary objective of the forum, which brought together representatives from 25 Georgian and more than 100 Kazakh business companies.

The Georgian delegation attended the Kazakhstan–Georgia Business Forum in Atyrau on an official visit. The two-day working agenda was filled with meetings at various levels, including B2B negotiations aimed at fostering future economic cooperation.

To further enhance potential business partnerships and cooperation, the Kazakh–Georgian Economic Association plans to hold similar large-scale meetings and economic forums in the future.
