On January 31, at presentation of the results of first concession held in Kiev, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Mr. Vladyslav Kryklii has underlined that the process of concession and new investments will become the key force for renewal and development of Ukrainian infrastructure. “Tenders held within the frameworks of first concession in seaports of Ukraine were successfully held. Winners of the competition are the companies Risoil-Kherson and QTerminals, having experience, resources, ambitious plans and long-termed action plan. Kherson and Olvia Seaports will become the examples of economic growth and attractive model for concessionares, as well as for economics of Ukraine. New investors will bring new perspectives to the region through viewpoint of employment of local population and future development of the region”, Mr. Vladyslav Kryklii said.
